Aaron Knott of Red Lake Falls, MN passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 25, 2021 in Red Lake Falls, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, October 30, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Gentilly, MN with Father Joe Richards Officiating and Deacon Denny Bivens. Burial will be held at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery in Gentilly, MN.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at St. Peter Catholic Church.
Aaron Micah Knott was born on June 19, 1980 at Thief River Falls, MN son of Philip Knott and Lisa (Chaput) Hanson. He was raised in Red Lake Falls and Crookston areas graduating from Crookston High School in 1999. He attended school at Northland College in Thief River Falls receiving a degree in Auto Mechanics and later went on to achieve his Diesel Mechanics certification.
Aaron worked at Advanced Tire, Brost Chevrolet and Valley Plains Equipment in Crookston. In the fall of 2019, he started Aaron's Ag Service working for numerous farmers throughout the area doing what he loved.
Aaron loved spending time with family and friends, especially teasing his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling, remodeling, and carpentry, working on numerous projects, listening to music and watching his favorite comedians. Aaron had a very big and kind heart, was always willing to lend a helping hand. He had a deep love for animals, especially for his beloved dog Kacee.
Aaron is survived by his mother Lisa Hanson of Red Lake Falls, MN; father Philip (fiancé Beth Sisler) Knott of Red Lake Falls, MN; grandmother Marie Chaput of Red Lake Falls, MN; siblings Amber (fiancé Chad Palm) Alexander of Crookston, MN, Amanda Smith of Red Lake Falls, MN, Austin (Molly O'Neal) Knott of Johnstown, CO; special friend Tina Piche' of Plummer, MN; nieces and nephews Hope, Grace, and Joy Alexander, Emily Knott, Myles and Addison Smith; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends: his four legged friend Kacee.
Aaron is preceded in death by his grandparents Roma Chaput, Henry and Pauline Knott, Uncle Marc; along with other extended family.
In Lieu of flowers memorials are suggested.
