Allen Steinhauer, of Thief River Falls, MN, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at his residence.

Allen Dale Steinhauer (Al) was born on June 28, 1939 in Thief River Falls, MN, the son of Adolph and Muriel (Lubitz) Steinhauer.  Al grew up in Holt, with sister, Janice Svensgaard, and brothers Gail and Tom.  He went to school in Crookston at the Ag School, and worked on the Soo Line RR for 38 years before retiring in 1998.

Al loved reading, carving, shooting, and had lots interests.

He married Holly in 1989 and inherited Katie (Ladner), age 12, and Laura (Rude), age 13.

His main interest was the trap club and getting youth involved, he spent 100's of hours grooming the yard at the club, and shooting at many clubs in the area.

He is survived by his wife and daughters, brothers, many nieces, nephews, friends, and 6 of the best grandkids in the world as well as very special best friend, Dominik Steinhauer.

Al has requested a celebration of life Summer of 2022 at the Trap Club, no funeral will be held.
