Annie Bagne, 93, died on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Thief River Center in Thief River Falls, MN.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, March 22, 2010 at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN with Rev. Scott Pattison officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, MN.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN with a Prayer Service at 6:30 PM. Visitation will also be held for one hour prior to the funeral service on Monday.
Annie Mildred Rohrer was born on June 25, 1916 to Albert and Laura (Moe) Rohrer near Germantown, MN. She attended school in Germantown. She was united in marriage to John Stanley Bagne on September 6, 1936 in Mavie, MN. They moved to Thief River Falls after farming a short time near Mavie. Annie stayed at home and raised her family. She liked to cook and bake. In her younger years, Annie enjoyed music and playing the piano. She suffered a brain injury and has lived at the Care Center in Thief River Falls since the early 1970s.
She is survived by 6 children: Janice Tveitbakk, Elk River, MN, Elling Bagne, Thief River Falls, MN, LaVerne (Arlene) Bagne, Champlin, MN, Adeline (Omer) Gunderson, Shelly, MN, Joy (James) Gleason, Hibbing, MN, Gerald (Lori) Bagne, Ramsey, MN, 20 grandchildren: Alan, Cindy, Jennifer, DeAnna, Ray, Anna, Lucinda, Randy, Robby, Ryan, Pamela, Stacy, Rachael, Brenda, Jon, Jason, Michael, Karen, James, Kevin, 39 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband John in 1984, daughter Lorraine, 2 brothers, Clifford and Frankie Rohrer, and 3 great grandchildren.
