Ardith Schuster, 86, died Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at Good Samaritan Center, Warren, MN.
Ardith Eleanor Larson was born October 4, 1918, in Thief River Falls, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Brekke) Larson. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith. She moved with her parents to Crookston, MN, where she lived and graduated from Central High School in Crookston in 1937.
On February 12, 1944, Ardith was united in marriage to Laurel Bud Schuster in Plymouth, MI. The couple lived there for awhile, returning to Thief River Falls. In 1985 she moved to Skylight apartments and in August of 2001 she moved to the Alzheimers Unit at the Good Samaritan Center in Warren.
Ardith was employed at J&B Drug Store for several years and at Franklin School as a cafeteria helper for 9 years, until her retirement on May 30, 1985.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Thief River Falls, MN.
She is survived by son Gerald (Wanda) Schuster, Bena, MN; daughter, Patricia (Delwin) Schob, Thief River Falls, MN; grandchildren, Jason (Mandy) Schuster, Dawn (James) Webster, Tanya and Cheryl Schob and step grandchildren, Ronald Leskiw and Lori (Bert) Weisse; great grandchildren, Ryan Weisse and Joshua Frazer and Jeremy and Ryan Leskiw; sisters-in-law: Betty Larson and Olive Larson.
Preceded in death by husband, Laurel in 1982, and infant son, Roger, parents, sisters: Glendora McLaughlin and Helen Charchenko; three brothers: Marlo Larson, Omer Larson and Byron Larson and step grandson, Rodney Leskiw.
