Bernie Kenneth Stoulil Jr., of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 63.

Born on November 20, 1962, in Newton, Iowa, Bernie was the son of Bernie and Patricia (Schrull) Stoulil. He grew up in Newton and graduated with the Newton High School Class of 1981. Following graduation, he began his working life at Progress Industries and later worked at a car wash in Des Moines. He eventually retired after several years of dedicated service with Casey's gas station.

A lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Bernie rarely missed a game. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and found great happiness in spending time with family. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart and were a constant source of pride and affection.

Bernie is survived by his wife, Renee; daughters Anya Beeler and Jessica (J.C.) De Haai; his sons Andrew Stoulil and Michael (Candace) Reber; grandchildren Ashton, Ayden, Kurya, Jazzlynn, J.C. Jr., Meghan, Kenneth, Madysen, Liam, Brody, Kamdyn, Kayson, and Myles; his brother Terry; his companion Charlie; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

Bernie is preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents and sisters Deb and Peggy.
