Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 8, 2001 at 10:30 AM in St. John Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls, MN with Reverend Jeffrey S. Lytle Officiating. Burial will be held in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery at Wylie, MN.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5 " 8 PM with a 7:30 prayer service at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls and also one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
Betty Lou Landman was born September 23, 1952 daughter of Fred and Mabel (Iverson) Landman at Thief River Falls, MN. She attended school in Red Lake Falls graduating from Lafayette High school in 1970. She did sewing in Red Lake Falls for a few years. Betty started at Hillcrest Nursing Home and has worked in the laundry for 25 years. On March 17, 1978 she was united marriage to Ronald Osmondson at St. John Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls, MN. They have resided in Red Lake Falls since.
Betty enjoyed sewing, crocheting and needlework. She loved music and reading and collected ceramic figurines. She was an active member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls, MN.
She is survived by her husband Ronald Osmondson of Red Lake Falls, MN: children Kevin Osmondson, Ryan Osmondson and Kristin Osmondson all at home in Red Lake Falls and Sharleen Osmondson of Winger, MN. Mother Mabel Landman of Red Lake Falls, MN; three brothers William Landman of Red Lake Falls, MN, Ralph (Carla) Landman of Red Lake Falls, MN and Fred (Janice) Landman of Red Lake Falls, MN, one sister Lorraine Benoit of Red Lake Falls, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Betty is preceded in death by her sister Marie Landman and her father Fred Landman.
