Bobby L. Johnson, 41, Grygla, MN died Saturday, January 12, 2008 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 2 P.M. at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls with Pastor Bob Dahlen officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Landstad Cemetery in Gatzke, MN.

Bobby Leroy Johnson was born on May 25, 1966 in Thief River Falls, MN. to Stanley and Mary (Lease) Johnson. He was baptized at Zion Lutheran Church in Thief River Falls in 1967. Bobby attended Grygla High School and graduated in 1984.

Bobbys life was hunting, trapping, fishing, and working in the woods with his skidder. Bobby enjoyed spending time working on and improving his farm and watching the deer and other wildlife. He loved his family and devoted dog, Akina.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Mary Johnson of Warroad, MN; father, Stanley of Gatzke, MN; sister, Susan of Houston, TX; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including Dennis Sundberg, Brian Nygaard, John Reid, Roger Smith and ODean Chopper Edberg.

He is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
