Burnard E. Sturre, 83, of St. Paul, MN, died Saturday, March 9, 2013. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM in St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Thief River Falls with Father Rick Lambert Presiding. Burial to follow at St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery, Thief River Falls, MN. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service, Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to services at the Church. Survived by 7 children: Bernadette Henry; Neal Sturre; Nathan Sturre; Daryl Sturre; Karlajoyce Sturre-Koenig; Anthony Sturre and Paula Jensen; 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; siblings Gerald, Avis, Enzely, Doris "Venetta", Marlene and Herman "Curtis". Preceded in death by wife, Kathleen; daughter Anna Schlaepfer; granddaughters Laura Sturre and Christina Ibarra; parents Herman and Doris Sturre; siblings Janice Sturre Hanson and Kenneth Sturre.
