Carol was born at Grand Forks, ND, January 28, 1949, to Irving and Dorothy (Czapiewski) Iverson of Olso, MN. The Iverson family moved to Thief River Falls in 1958.

Carol married John Larson, February 18, 1967 at Oak Ridge Church.

She owned and operated Carols Caf in Thief River Falls from 1983 until recently when her health forced her to retire. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and camping, bingo and spending time with her friends and family.

Survived by husband, John, Thief River Falls, MN; children, Crystal Larson, Minneapolis, MN and Tracey Larson, Thief River Falls, MN; brothers, Iver (Carol) Iverson, Bemidji, MN and Alan (Tammy) Iverson, Grand Forks, ND; sisters, Nancy Harris, Neosho, MO, JoAnn (Larry) Hurst, Thief River Falls, MN and Cheryl (George) Brook, Bemidji, MN; grandchildren, Hailey Larson and Johnathan Larson.

Preceded in death by parents and an infant sister, LeeAnn Iverson.
