Christopher Marshall Lee, 40, of Bemidji, MN passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Rem Rodeo Group Home in Bemidji, MN.

Memorial service will be at 2 PM Friday, February 16, 2024, at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN, with Howie Brockhouse officiating.

Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be at a later date.

On September 10, 1983, Christopher was born to Brent and Kelly (Erickson) Lee at Thief River Falls, MN.  He was baptized into the Lutheran Faith as an infant.

He attended school in Thief River Falls, Warren, and Stephen and graduated from Fertile High School.

When he became an adult, he lived at group homes in Fosston for several years and then moved to a home in Bemidji, where he received excellent care and was very happy.

Christopher loved music, especially the song "Rockin Robin".  He would rock back and forth for hours while listening to his favorite songs.  He liked to watch cartoons and other shows on tv.  His favorite tv show was "Family Matters" and his favorite movie was "Home Alone".  He liked to eat cheeseburgers and drink Coke.  He loved visiting his grandma and grandpa at their farm.  He was Grandpa Garner's "little buddy".  He had a favorite book called "Milk and Cookies", which his mother read to him several times a day and sometimes at night before bed.

He was very affectionate and always gave hugs to his family and friends.  He had a very special bond with his mother and his brother, Justin.  He wasn't just Justin's brother; he was also his best friend.

Christopher went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024.  He is survived by his loving Mother and stepfather, Kelly and Hans Gregory, his father and stepmother, Brent and Cindy Lee, his brother, Justin (Megan) Lee, and grandmother, Julie Erickson and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.  His Godparents were Lyndon Erickson and Maria Holmvig.  His special friends were Wes and Krystal.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Galen Erickson, Garner Erickson, and Avery and Doris Lee, and several other relatives.

May his memory be blessed and may he walk with his grandpa and the angels.
