Christopher Taylor, 49, of Thief River Falls, MN died on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.

Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Thief River Falls, MN with Father Rick Lambert Officiating. Burial will be held at Community Cemetery at St. Hilaire, MN.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at St. Bernard's Catholic Church 5 – 8 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Christopher Edward Taylor was born October 26, 1969 at International Falls, MN, the son of Joseph and Judy (Berg) Taylor. The Taylor family moved to Thief River Falls in 1982. Chris was raised in Thief River Falls and also attended school there.

Chris worked at Hydro Mac and Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls for the last 23 years.

Chris loved to attend UND Hockey with his friend Jeff. He loved riding in the car looking for wildlife with Mom and Cliffie. He also enjoyed bowling, fishing, slow-pitch softball, golfing, and was a goalie for the city hockey league.

Chris is survived by his parents Joseph and Judy Taylor of Thief River Falls, MN; his cat Cliffie;  aunts and uncles Ray (Janet) Berg, Sharon Brahosky, Bruce Ford, Allen (Michele) Taylor, Shirley Brown, Dawn (John) Noel, Barb (Rich) Drabant, Frank Taylor, Greg Bulger, and Gary Dargon, and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Edward and Gertrude Berg and paternal grandparents Donna and John Taylor, aunts Sharon Gilbertson, Diane Bulger, Alayne Ford, uncles Richard Taylor, Dennis Taylor and John Brahosky.
