Clarence Davis, 93, died on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 art his home in Red Lake Falls, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 3, 2003 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls, MN with Father Tim Bushy presiding. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Mentor, MN.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.
Clarence Ray Davis was born February 22, 1910 in Iowa, the son of Raymond and Leona (Stover) Davis. He married Velva Roberts in 1936 and the couple lived in Mentor, MN. Velva died on July 5, 1975 and Clarence continued to live in Mentor. He loved hunting, fishing and dancing. On May 23, 1976 he married Dulice St. Marie. The couple lived in Red Lake Falls until his death.
Clarence worked for Vigen Construction for many years.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls.
Clarence is survived by his wife, Dulice of Red Lake Falls, MN; three children: Donald (Elizabeth Betty ) Davis of Red Lake Falls, MN, Janice (Gary) Bouffleur of Mentor, MN and Charles (Kathy) Davis of St. Cloud, MN; 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 18 step great-great grandchildren; step children: Delbert St. Marie of Milwaukee, WI, Jo Ann (Willard) Brunelle, Phyllis (Henry) Schmitz, Marlys (Clarence) Vaudrin and Carol (Kendall) Pederson, all of Red Lake Falls, MN and Julie (Jerry) King of White Bear Lake, MN.
He was preceded in death by his wife Velva and parents.
