Colin Ray Wilde, aged 27, passed away on July 9, 2024, in Fargo, North Dakota. Born on March 7, 1997, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and baptized August 17th of 1997 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in rural Oklee, Minnesota, Colin was known for his deep love for his family and his pets.

Colin had recently started as cook at Prairie Saint Johns., a job that he loved and excelled at. He loved to cook and grill and try new things in the kitchen, one of his favorite things to cook was venison back straps and mushrooms.

His love for the outdoors was evident. enjoying activities like biking and tubing. Women Lake held a special place in his heart, as it was a cherished vacation spot where he spent joyful times and many good nights around the bonfire with his siblings, cousins, and Lake family. Known for his radiant smile and warm hugs, Colin's presence was a source of joy for all who knew him.

Colin is survived by his father, Corey Wilde; brother, T.J. (Leeah) Goulet; siblings, Hunter Wilde and Jeana (Zach) Wilde; niece, Tyrlynn Goulet; nephews, Mimir Goulet and Ethan Swanson; grandparents, Nancy and Robb Pasley, Sheryl and Arlan Fore; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and great aunts and uncles; special friend, Annie Raymond. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jane Pasley; grandfather, Dennis Wilde; and great-grandparents.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for August 24, 2024, from 10 am to 1 pm., with a prayer service at 12 pm, at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN.   A private family burial will follow at Ebenezer Church. Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN, is assisting the family with arrangements. Colin's memory will be cherished by many, as he left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he touched. He will be sorely missed.
