Diane Sauve, of Red Lake Falls, MN passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at her rural Red Lake Falls, MN home surrounded by her loving family. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls with Father Bill DeCrans Officiating. Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at Red Lake Falls, MN. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 5 - 8 PM with a 7:00 PM prayer service at St. Joseph Catholic Church and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Diane Marie Sauve was born October 31, 1962, daughter of Mike and Marlene (Wald) Majeres at Crookston, MN. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls, MN. She attended St. Joseph School until 8th grade and graduated from Lafayette High School in 1981. On August 7, 1982, Diane was united in marriage to Randy Sauve at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls, MN. The couple moved to Virginia while Randy served his country. They returned to Red Lake Falls, MN where they have resided since. Diane started a Signature Home Styles business and was very successful for 18 years, she earned numerous vacations with the company which gave her the opportunity to meet and make some very dear friends. For the past year and half she was employed at the Red Lake County Credit Union. She enjoyed spending time at the camper, spending time sitting and relaxing in the sun, and the evening campfires. Diane was always taking care and making sure everyone else was taken care of before herself. She is survived by her husband Randy of Red Lake Falls, MN; children Jonathan (Sheila) Sauve of Moorhead, MN and Ashley Sauve of Red Lake Falls, MN, special niece and nephew Naomie Wardle and Aaron McClendon both of Utah; grandchildren Elaina and Jameson of Moorhead, MN; parents Mike and Marlene Majeres of Red Lake Falls, MN; siblings Margaret (Joe) Fox of Blaine, MN, Michelle (Steve) Hulst of Crookston, MN, David (Shawn) Majeres of Thief River Falls, MN, Mary Jo (Jim) Peltier of East Grand Forks, MN, Steven Majeres of Aspen Glenn, CO, Greg (Sylvia) Majeres of Plummer, MN: along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Diane is preceded in death by her grandparents Michael and Christine Wald, Michael and Cecile Majeres; nephew Christopher Majeres; uncles Dick Dufault, Jerry Majeres, Bob Grabanski, Richard Wald, Allan Wald and aunt Betty Nettum.
