Dolores Cecilia Bail was born October 28, 1918 at Penn, North Dakota, the daughter of George and Emma (DeMars) Bail. She grew up and lived at Penn until graduating from high school in 1937.

On January 1, 1940, Dolores was united in marriage to Harold Johnson at Penn. She began her employment with Union State Bank, now Wells Fargo, as a Bookkeeper and Head Bookkeeper. She than became an Auditor and Assistant Vice President at Union State Bank.

Dolores was a member of St. Bernards Catholic Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary, all Thief River Falls and enjoyed cooking.

She is survived by son, Alan, Minneapolis, MN and many nieces and nephews.

Dolores was preceded in death by husband, Harold; parents; sisters: Edith Sloman, Josephine Gessner, Beatrice Nelson, Evelyn Tinklenberg; and one brother, Leo Bail.
