Elizabeth "Betty" Davis of Red Lake Falls, MN passed away on July 3, 2021 at Luther Memorial Home in Mayville, ND.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 9, 2021 at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls, MN with Reverend Tim Lundeen officiating. Burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery near Mentor MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.

Elizabeth "Betty" Davis was born on December 31, 1932 daughter of Boone and Frances Mark at New Castle, Indiana. She was raised there and attended school graduating in 1950. She worked as a waitress for a time. She moved to Corpus Christy, TX.

Betty (Mark) Davis met and married Donald Davis on October 31, 1959 in Corpus Christy, TX.  Together they moved to Alameda, CA where he was stationed until he was honorably discharged in December of 1960.  After his time in the service, Donald and Betty were blessed with six children and they made their home in Mentor, MN, Houston, TX, Mayville, ND and Red Lake Falls, MN.

Betty enjoyed her rose garden, baking bread and had collected bells, angels and spoons.

Betty is survived by her children, Jean Mark of Red Lake Falls, MN, Donald Jr. of Texas, Cindy (Jim) Truhlicka of Mayville, ND, Mark (Pam) Davis of Tell City, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband Donald, children, Sandra Kay, Earl Ray, and Danny Mark; parents, Boone and Frances Mark and siblings, John Mark, Norman Mark, Jean Gibson, Mary Hinnant, Russell Mark and Vernon Mark. mother and father-in-law Clarence and Velva Davis and brother and sister-in-law Jan (Gary) Boufler.
