Florence Easthouse, 94 of Warroad, MN formerly of Goodridge, MN passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Warroad Care Center.

The service to celebrate Florence's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 29, 2022 at Faith Lutheran Church in Goodridge, MN with Rev. Kristin Ostercamp officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Friday at Faith Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at the Goodridge Cemetery.

Florence Lorraine Johnson was born on August 27, 1927, in Germantown, MN the daughter of Albert and Mabel (Graff) Johnson. She was baptized on September 10, 1927 at Zion Lutheran Church and confirmed in 1944 at Zion Lutheran Church in Germantown. Florence attended school in Germantown.

In her younger years, Florence moved to the Twin Cities where she worked at Land-O-Lakes for a short time.

On May 5, 1955, Florence was united in marriage to Irving Easthouse in Coon Rapids, MN. They made their home in Goodridge, MN and to this union five children were born, Karen, Rick, Gary, Doug and Darin.

Florence was very proud to stay home and raise her wonderful children.

She was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church, was active in WELCA activities. Florence especially enjoyed the Faith Mission Quilters making hundreds of quilts to share with those in need. She also enjoyed baking, gardening, camping, fishing, canning, following Goodridge sports and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter, Karen (Joe) Kertz of Edinburg, ND, Rick Easthouse of Goodridge, Doug (Wendi) Easthouse of Baudette, MN and Darin Easthouse of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Jill (Adam), Jeff (Brittany), Josh (Fiance Amy), Jauna (Troy), Katie (Brady), Clint, Bethany (Max), and Cole; great-grandchildren, Ivy, Matilda, Corbyn, Camden, Ruby, Nova, Ava, Bohdi, Navy, and Sunny; siblings, Eldon Johnson of Goodridge, Leon (Naomi) Johnson of Goodridge and Avis Byklum of Grygla; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Irving in 2004; infant son, Gary; great-grandchild, Jett; siblings, Donald Johnson, and Everett Johnson.
