Gerald "Jerry" Erickson of Thief River Falls, MN passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Sanford Medical Center in Thief River Falls, MN.

Visitation for Jerry will be held on Friday from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN with Steve Dahlen, Officiating.

Gerald "Jerry" Erickson was born on January 17, 1959, son of Gerald Wilmont and Blanche Erickson at St. Paul, MN. He attended Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls, Northland Community College and NDSU in Fargo, ND.

Jerry joined the US Army and served his country until his honorable discharge in 1982. He was united in marriage to Michelle Geske in 1989.

Jerry worked at RV Sports, Spee Dee Delivery, was a Police Jail Officer, School Bus Driver and Digi-key. He enjoyed snowmobiling and fixing on them, motorcycling, racing, fishing, golfing, and spending time at the lake. Jerry played high school and college, football, and hockey. He was a member of the Snowdrifters club.

Jerry is survived by his daughter Kasey Erickson of Thief River Falls, MN; ex-wife Michelle Erickson of Thief River Falls, MN; along with many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Blanche and Gerald, grandparents Oscar and Myrtle Erickson; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
