OBITUARY FOR GLADYS HORSTMAN
SHELTON, WA FORMERLY OKLEE, MN

Gladys Horstman died on Monday, October 5, 1998 in Shelton, Wa.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 16, 1998 at Zion Lutheran Church, Oklee, MN with Rev. Bob Paulson officiating. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Oklee, MN.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Friday at the Church.

Gladys Lenora Johnson was born on November 10, 1909 near Oklee, MN to Nels and Carrie (Otis) Johnson.

She was united in marriage to Lou G. Horstman in 1928. The couple continued to reside in Oklee. Gladys was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Oklee and was active in its Ladies Aide. She moved to Shelton, WA in 1993 to be closer to her family.

Survivors include 2 sons, Jerry (Mary) Horstman of Shelton, WA and Lou (Sharon) Horstman, Jr. of Chewalah, WA; 2 grandsons, Brian (Michelle) Horstman and Dean (Valinda) Horstman and one great grandson, Michael all of Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gladys was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Lorraine; 5 brothers, Peter, Goodwin, Harry, Lloyd, and Melvin; and 2 sisters, Nena and Annie.
