Grace Ellen Wold was born March 30, 1937 in Thief River Falls, MN, the daughter of Ingvald and Minnie (Efteland) Wold. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith and attended Lincoln High School, Thief River Falls.

On February 2, 1974, Grace was united in marriage to George Busse at Thief River Falls, MN. She was employed at the Best Western Motel and Northwestern Hospital both in Thief River Falls

Grace liked to crochet, sew, hunt and do crafts. She especially liked to ice fish and spend time with her grandchildren.

Survived by daughters, Marilyn (Rick) Scully, Roseau, MN, Wendy (Wayne) Stanfield, Buena Park, CA, Kathy (Loren) Anderson, Duluth, MN, Roxane (Jim) Rondorf, Thief River Falls, MN and Brenda (Mike) Skibicki, Thief River Falls, MN; son, LeRoy (special friend, Amanda Mutnansky) Busse, Thief River Falls, MN; special friend, Buzz McAdam, Thief River Falls, MN; 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Deb (Arlen) Brekke, Oklee, MN, Edith (Roger) Vedbraaten, Fosston, MN; brothers, Ronald (Becky) Wold, California, Bruce (Barb) Wold, Bemidji, MN, Robert (Liz) Wold, Missouri, Phillip (Yvonne) Wold and Peter (Suzy) Wold all Crookston, MN; son-in-law, Nelson Tanaka, California; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by husband George on June 19, 1985, daughter Shirley, parents, grandparents and nephew.
