Greg Alan Larson, 60, of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at Sanford Hospital in Thief River Falls, surrounded by his loving family.

Greg was born on June 20, 1966, to Robert Donald Larson and Adaline Luella (Olson) Larson. He was raised in the Kennedy, Minnesota area, where he attended school. Greg was baptized and confirmed at St. Olaf Catholic Church, where he developed the faith and values that remained with him throughout his life.

Greg proudly served his country with the National Guard. Throughout his working years, he was known as a hardworking and dependable man who worked as a farm laborer, truck driver, and in construction and residential remodeling. His strong work ethic and willingness to lend a helping hand earned him the respect of many friends, coworkers, and neighbors.

In 1986, Greg married his first wife, Brenda Kay Anderson (Larson) in Karlstad, MN. To this union two children were born, Kyle and Nicole. Later, he moved to Colorado.

On May 4, 1996, Greg married his second wife, Sheila Renee Case in Golden, CO. Together they built a life centered on family, love, and making memories with those they cherished most.

Greg enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and hunting and could often be found playing games, sharing stories, and enjoying the company of family and friends. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with his family and loved ones. His warm heart, sense of humor, and caring nature will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Larson of Thief River Falls, MN; children, Nicole Wojciechowski of Thief River Falls, MN, A-Jay Wojciechowski of Thief River Falls, MN, Morgan (Sam) Schildgen of Fort Worth, TX, and Kyle Larson of Litchfield, MN; grandchildren, Zaqury and Zoey Wojciechowski, and Lexi, Emily, Kyra, and Kyle Larson Jr., all of Thief River Falls, MN; sister, Sharon Demar of Knapp, WI; brother, Erick Larson of Donaldson, MN; brothers-in-law, Tom Odegard of Troy, MT and Duane (Kathy Srnsky) Anderson of Thief River Falls, MN; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Adaline Larson; granddaughter, Morgan Wojciechowski; siblings, Donna Odegard, Arlene Larson, Rick Larson, Kim Larson, James Larson, and Shelly Swanson; and nephew, Jayden Larson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. A graveside service and interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Donaldson, Minnesota at a later date.

Greg will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love of the outdoors, and his unwavering devotion to his family. The memories he created and the love he shared will remain in the hearts of those who knew him forever.
