Hailey Ann Seglem, beloved infant daughter of Jacob Seglem and Sierra Melby, was delivered into God's hands on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Sanford Hospital in Thief River Falls, MN. An angel opened the book of life and wrote down my baby's birth. Then she whispered as she closed the book, "Too Beautiful for Earth." Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, with a 7:00 PM Prayer Service on Friday, January 17, 2014 at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN. Visitation will also take place one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Saturday. Hailey is survived by her parents, Jacob Seglem and Sierra Melby; grandparents, Amy (Nathan) Toupin, Jeremy (Julaina) Seglem, Dan and Jessica Melby; great-grandparents, Donna and Jerome Fehlhaber, Gale and Deanna Melby, Dave Sisler, Nancy and Tom Issendorf, Penny and Steve Seglem, Gregory and Elizebeth Toupin, and Carolyn (Jerry Freitag) Toupin; great great-grandparents, Beverly Plante, Caroline Sisler and June Grime; aunts and uncles, Areanna Hruby, Trista Melby, Emilee Shaver, Ashley Seaverson, Tanika Lucken, Maysen Hruby, Michael Seaverson, Christopher Seglem, Tristen Seglem, and Casey Lucken; cousins, Cylus Seglem and Annabella Seaverson-Gutierrez; many great uncles and great aunts and other family members. She is preceded in death by her great great-grandparents, Clarence and Gladys Fehlhaber, Ernest Plante, Daniel and Ione Oien, Ann Gillespie, James Parnham, Ed Sisler, Carl Stoll, and Lois Seglem.
