Harold Reindal, 79, died on Friday, July 14, 2006 at Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine, MN.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at Johnson Funeral Service in Oklee, MN with Reverend Tim Lundeen officiating. Burial will be in Clearwater Cemetery, rural Oklee, MN.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Johnson Funeral Service in Oklee on Wednesday.

Harold Glenn Reindal was born on February 16, 1927 in Trail, MN, the son of Theodore and Valborg (Bjorgum) Reindal. He was baptized and confirmed at Clearwater Lutheran Church and attended Elementary School in Oklee, graduating from Crookston AC, Crookston, MN. He joined the United States Navy at age 17 and served from 1944-1946, during World War 11, in Saipan. Following his Honorable Discharge he attended and graduated from Bemidji State College and attended Law School for three years in Laramie, WY. In 1960, Harold moved to the family farm, north of Oklee and took care of his father until his death. He continued to live on the farm until 2005.

Harold was united in marriage to Dollie Reindal-Eychancer. He enjoyed playing cards and repairing old machinery and automobiles.

Harold is survived by two children: Christine (Wolf) Storl of Rohrdorf, Germany and Ted (Jackie) Reindal of Redmond, WA; four grandchildren: Ingo Storl, Ingrid Storl, Michelle Reindal and Kari Reindal; brothers and sisters: Sidney (Hedy) Reindal of Tower, MN, Gladys Reindal of Thief River Falls, MN, Olga Dahlen of Thief River Falls, MN, Leonard Reindal of Trail, MN, Corrine Roisland of Thief River Falls, MN, Evelyn Lillo of Roseau, MN and Dellys Reindal of Onalaska, WI; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Bruce Reindal and one brother, Kent Reindal.
