Heidi Anenson of Thief River Falls, MN died at 3:52 PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 as the result of an automobile accident north of Thief River Falls on Thursday at the age of 18 years, 1 month and 12 days. May her memory be blessed.

The funeral to celebrate Heidi's life will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the Lincoln High School Auditorium in Thief River Falls, MN with Pastor Michael Schendel officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM on Saturday at the Auditorium. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls.

Heidi Annette Anenson was born at 1:21 AM on November 9, 2000 in Thief River Falls, MN the daughter of Kassi Redford and Randall Anenson. She went to school at Challenger Elementary, Stephen-Argyle Central and was currently a senior at Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls.

While in school Heidi was active in basketball, volleyball, track, band, Knowledge Bowl and her favorite was choir. She loved traveling and enjoyed trips with Darcy Reese's choir class to San Francisco, to Chicago with Katie Hahn's band class and to Spain with the Spanish class.

Since April of 2017, Heidi has spent most of her time with the love of her life Baily Forst. She would do anything to be with Baily. They had an amazing relationship and cherished their time together. Heidi traveled with Baily and his family all over the upper Midwest watching his snowmobile races. She was Baily's lucky charm.

She loved taking pictures and was starting her own photography business. Heidi currently had over 6000 photos on her phone. She had a beautiful, genuine smile.

Heidi has worked at the C'mon Inn, Erl's, was a Personal Care Attendant for her younger brother, Austin who she was very close to, and most recently worked at McDonald's. She had a love for babies and younger kids and eventually wanted to operate her own daycare.

She loved camping, playing rummy with mom, board games, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling, fishing, deer hunting, cats & dogs, going to the lakes and skiing & tubing and family get-togethers. Heidi was such a planner in all aspects of her life. She was planning for the future with building a house, her graduation party and was passionate with planning her future marriage and even her future twin children that she wished for.

Heidi lived life to the fullest!

Survivors include her mother, Kassi (Craig) Redford; father, Randall (Melanie McLendon) Anenson; sister, Felicity; brothers, Justin & Austin; grandparents, Vernon & Patricia Anenson, Valerie & Greg Johnson, and Cindy & John Borg all of Thief River Falls; Randy & Lorrie Nelson; great-grandpa, Floyd & Adeline Nelson all of Newfolden, MN; step-brother & sisters, Devon, Maggie, Tabitha; love of her life, Baily Forst; Baily's parents, Dean & Deanna Forst; Baily's siblings, Max & Alecia; and many other family & friends.

She is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Henry & Christina Anenson, Henry Bray, and Annette Boe. And grandparent Shirley Rosin.

Heidi's life ended way too soon but her legacy will live on in others through her gift of organ donation.
