Helen Elizabeth Lange, 85, of Red Lake Falls, MN died on Monday, April 16, 2001 at Pioneer Memorial Care Center at Erskine, MN. Arrangements with Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls, MN.

Helen Elizabeth Lange was born October 29, 1915 daughter of the late Shelby and Mamie (Harrison) Kiesow at Pipestone, MN. She was raised and educated at Pipestone, MN. She was united in marriage to Ernest Lange Jr. at Pipestone, MN December 1, 1939. The couple lived in Fulda, MN, Canistota, SD, Fertile, MN and Hillsboro, ND. She lived four years in Sunview housing in Red Lake Falls. Ernest passed away in 1972.
Helen was active at the Sunview Center, active in the Presbyterian Church, enjoyed needle craft and playing cards and delivered Meals on Wheels.
She is survived by her children Eugene Lange of Circle Pines, MN; Shirley Hogenson of Fertile, MN and Brenda Lange of Avondale, AZ. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Brothers Kenneth Kiesow; Leslie Kiesow and Roger Kiesow and one sister Mary Jean Popp.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son, two sisters and two brothers.
