Inga Dorothea Moen was born February 24, 1917, in Spruce Valley Township, MN, the daughter of Andrew K. and Alida (Iverson) Moen. She grew up and attended Spruce Valley School and Middle River High School. She met her husband to be while working on a farm near Warren, MN.
On March 2, 1935, Inga was united in marriage to Clarence A. Kezar. The couple made their home near Viking, MN, where she was a homemaker and raised 11 children. She also held employment at the Land O Lakes turkey plant in Thief River Falls for 15 years, retiring in 1987. She became a resident of CNC in 2002.
She enjoyed gardening, quilting, collecting mugs, banks, stamps, pens, state plates and coins.
Survived by 9 children, Donald (Darlene), Thief River Falls, MN, Richard (Vivian), East Grand Forks, MN, Florence (Eugene) Kargel, Hackensack, MN, Irving (Peggy), Duncanville, TX, Vivian (Gerald) Hallen, Dawson, MN, Albert, Viking, MN, Kathy Aune, Thief River Falls, MN, Keven (Carol), Aitkin, MN and LeAnn Ryan, Fosston, MN; 31 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren, niece, Andrea Blair, West Fargo, ND; nephews, Jay and Jeffrey Moen, Spokane, WA and Arlynn Tunheim, Newfolden, MN.
Preceded in death by husband; sons, Curtis and Harlan; grandson, Douglas Kezar; parents; sister, Borghild Rehder; brothers, Knute, Henry, Magnus and Arthur; niece, Mona Castro, nephew, Eugene Rehder and 2 sons-in-law, Vernon Aune and Steven Ryan.
