Inga Knutson, 92, died Thursday, March 27, 2008 Angels Care Center, Canon Falls, MN.

Funeral service will be 10 AM, Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Red Lake Falls, MN with Reverend Gary Graff officiating. Burial will be at East Valle Cemetery, Thompson, ND.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Friday, March 28, 2008 at Johnson Funeral Service, Red Lake Falls, MN with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to service at the church, Saturday.

Inga was born in Grand Forks County, ND, February 5, 1916, to Tone and Osmund Trydahl. She attended school in rural Thompson, ND.

She married Harvey Knutson in August, 1935. They moved to Red Lake Falls, MN, where they famed and raised cattle for about 45 years.

She especially enjoyed her family of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, church, cats and Norwegian heritage, Inga was an active member of Bethany, where she worked at many smorgabords and WELCA.

Survivors are her daughter, Elaine (Merlin) Wilbur, Hastings, MN; grandchildren, Scott Candelaria (Pat) of CO, John Fladeland (Karen) of NC, Harvey Fladeland (Lori) of TX, Pam Rodriguez of IL, Patty (Kevin) Murray of WI and Melaie Wilbur of Hastings; sisters-in-law, Delores Longtin of Oklee and Dorothy Farden of Virginia, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two half brothers, husband and daughter, Jean Candelaria.
