John Jack Draeger, 88, died Monday, November 22, 2004 at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Red Lake Falls, MN.

Funeral service will be Friday, December 3, 2004 " 11:00 AM at Johnson Funeral Service, Red Lake Falls, MN, with Father Tim Bushy officiating. Burial will be at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Red Lake Falls, MN.

Visitation will be on Friday one hour prior to the service.

John Draeger was born January 6, 1916 in Badger, MN, the son of Joseph and Caroline Lena (Eckstein) Draeger. In 1943, the family moved to Red Lake Falls and in 1950, his parents purchased a farm west of Plummer, MN, where Jack farmed with his parents. He lived there until moving back to Red Lake Falls in 1970, where he continued to reside. On March 19, 1999, he entered Hillcrest Nursing Home.

Jack enjoyed playing cards and visiting with others at Hillcrest.

Survived by sister, Helena Bennett, Ashland, Oregon, along with several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.

Preceded in death by parents and sister, Leona Siebel.
