Kari Jean Wold, 31, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood Colorado surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM with the Memorial Service to be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow.

Kari Jean was born September 26, 1986 in Watertown South Dakota to Bob and Patti LaSalle Wold.

Kari attended school in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, graduate of Lincoln High School class of 2005. She was baptized at Redeemer Lutheran, confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Kari loved the outdoors and any outdoor activity. She had a love for animals and had volunteered at several humane societies and worked at pet grooming. Kari was an avid Vikings fan and the Minnesota Twins ranked on her priority list.

Kari is survived by her mother, Patti LaSalle Wold of Grand Forks, ND; her father, Bob (Patty) Wold of Thief River Falls, MN; her brother Kyle (Susan) Udenberg of Firestone, CO; nephews, Alexander and Dillon Udenberg; aunts, Leigh (Kevin) Nendick of Blaine, MN, Bonnie (Ken) Judes of Gillette WY, uncles, Mike (Kristi) LaSalle, Bill LaSalle of Thief River Falls, MN; great aunt, Mary Lee Stevens of Lake City MN; cousins, Angela, Alyssa, Corey, Kelly, Brian, Greg and Jennifer; and many close friends that she referred to as family.

Kari was preceded in death by grandparents Jack and Barb LaSalle, Alvin and Pearl Wold and special Dad Don Loscheider.
