Kenneth VeVea passed away on January 19, 2021 at South View Acres in West St. Paul, MN.

Burial was held at Greenwood Cemetery in Thief River Falls, MN.

Kenneth Lyle VeVea was born March 29, 1929 in Oshkosh, WI., grew up in Thief River Falls Minnesota, graduated from Central High School, and University North Dakota in Grand Forks North Dakota.

An Industrial Engineer with Eastman Kodak, Honeywell, 3M, IBM, FMC, and Control Data Corporation. Served during the Korean War in the U.S. Army at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama.

Longtime resident of Rochester, Minneapolis (Hopkins and Richfield). Retired from the Minnesota department of Economic Security.

Marriage to June Cole Brought me sons, Merrill Cole of Northfield, MN, Kendall Vevea of Vienna, Austria and Lyle Vevea of St. Paul, MN. Granddaughters Jenny and Jill from Kendall, Grandchildren Charles and Priscilla from Merrill, Grandchildren Bryce, Hanna and Haley from Lyle. Brother Norman of Thief River Falls, sister Darlene Bibeau of Puyallup, WA, brother of Robin of Mesa, AZ., sister Bonnie of Redmond, WA., are also left.

Proceeded in death by father Clarence Alfred VeVea, mother Helga Marie VeVea (Larson), older brother Donald "Buddy" Merrill Vevea.
