Keough R. Fournier, 79 of Chinook, MT formerly of the Terrebonne, MN area died on May 2, 1999 at Northern Montana hospital in Havre, MT due to natural causes.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 8, 1999 at 10:30 AM in St. Anthony Catholic Church in Terrebonne with Father Tim Bushy Officiating. Burial will be held in the St. Anthony Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Friday 5 " 8 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM in the Petterson Funeral Home in Red Lake Falls and also one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Keough Fournier was born on April 20, 1920 in Red Lake Falls, MN son of Henry and Leah (LaCoursiere) Fournier. Keough attended school at Terrebonne and at the age of 17 joined to the C.C. Camp for 3 years. He married Lillian Brekke on August 19, 1942 in St. Anthony Catholic Church in Terrebonne. They moved to Kelso, WA in 1942 where he worked at the paper mill during W.W.II. They returned to Minnesota where he bought a farm and also was employed for 18 years on road construction. Mr. Fournier also worked for a number of years for Arctic Enterprises at Thief River Falls, MN. He was diagnosed with cancer in 1987 and stopped farming but continues to live on the farm until moving to Chinook in 1995 to be with their son.

Keough is survived by his wife Lillian of Chinook, MT: son Keough Fournier, Jr of Chinook, MT: sister Delores Siebel of Chinook and granddaughter Kimberly Fournier of Great Falls, MT: numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Lawrence Fournier.
