Kevin Kees, 52, died January 14, 2007 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 2 PM, Friday, January 19, 2007 at St. Josephs Church, Red Lake Falls, MN with Father John Kleinwachter presiding. Burial of ashes will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Red Lake Falls.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Thursday, January 18, 2007 at St. Josephs Church, Red Lake Falls, with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to service at the church, Friday.

Kevin Michael Kees was born April 4, 1954 at Red Lake Falls, MN, the son of Lawrence and Philomena (Hoefer) Kees. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Josephs Church. He attended St. Joseph School and Lafayette High School. Kevin worked at American Crystal Sugar Company, Crookston, MN, until August of 2004, when he was unable to work due to ill health.

He was a member of St. Josephs Church, Red Lake Falls and also a member of Red Lake Falls Sons of the American Legion. He enjoyed target shooting, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and many outdoor activities. He loved driving around and visiting with people.

Kevin is survived by brothers and sisters: Ronald (Emma) Kees, Red Lake Falls, MN, Carol (Delbert) Audette, Red Lake Falls, MN, Phyllis (Jim) Rutledge, Monroe, WI, Diane (Leon) Schmitz, Park River, ND, Doug (Carol) Kees, Juda, WI and Sandy (Greg) Knott, Red Lake Falls, MN. Kevin is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by parents and grandparents.
