Kurt Christensen, 40, died Saturday, July 14, 2007 at his home in West Fargo, ND surrounded by his loving family.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Faith Lutheran Church in Mentor, MN with Rev. Timothy Lundeen officiating. Burial will follow at Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Mentor, MN.

Kurt Daniel Christensen was born June 17, 1967 in LeMars, IA the son of Rev. Ernest and Kathryn (Kenworthy) Christensen. He was a 1985 graduate of Park River High School, Park River, ND and attended Wartburg College, Waverly, IA.

Prior to his illness Kurt was employed at Case New Holland, Fargo, ND and was a member of Union LL 2525 IAM & AW. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Mentor, MN.

He is survived by his parents of Mentor, MN; son, Robert of Mentor, MN; sister, Rachel (Michael) Roggenbuck; nephews, Nathan & Levi Roggenbuck; and niece, Bridget Roggenbuck all of Warren, MN. He is also survived by paternal grandmother, Evelyn Christensen of Williston, ND; and several aunts, uncles, cousins; and Roberts mother.

He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, John & Betty Kenworthy of Roseau, MN; and paternal grandfather, Ernest Christensen of Maxbass, ND.
