Linda Smith, 54, died on Thursday, October 14, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident in Clearwater County, MN.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, October 18, 2010 at Ekelund Lutheran Church in Goodridge, MN with Rev. Robert Dahlen officiating.

Linda Sue Smith was born on September 3, 1956 to Charles and Joan (Lind) Waibel in Detroit, MI. She grew up in Dearborn Heights, MI.

Linda raised three children Brandi, Bobby, and Anthony.

She was united in marriage to Jimmy Smith in May of 1994. They made their home in Goodridge, MN. Linda enjoyed collecting knick knacks and dream catchers. She liked to remodel and work on her and Jimmys home. She grew a garden every year, enjoyed cooking and baking, and taking pictures of sunsets. Her favorite quotes included One Thing at a Time, You cant always get what you want, and Whatever.


Linda is survived by her husband Jimmy of Goodridge, MN, 2 children: Brandi Super, of Michigan, Bobby Muse of Minnesota, her mother, Joan Waibel of Naples, FL, 2 brothers: Chuck (Cathy) Waibel of Naples, FL, and Carl Waibel, two grandchildren: Mason and Aiden Muse.

She is preceded in death by her son Anthony and her father. May we all take comfort in knowing that she is at peace with Anthony.
