Lorraine Jerome, 80, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Thief River Care center, Thief River Falls, MN.

Lorraine Stoe Jerome was born in Badger, MN on January 27, 1930 to Clarence and Anna (Holter) Stoe.

She married Roger Jerome, September 23, 1948. Roger passed away September 10, 1989 in Scobey, MT.

Lorraine was employed at Daniels County in Montana for 34 years and for 22 years served as county treasurer. She retired in 1996 and moved to Thief River Falls, MN.

She is survived by brothers: Lloyd (Margrit) Stoe, Florida and Dale (Audrey) Stoe, Crookston, MN; sisters: Florence (Jim) Hillyer, Thief River Falls, MN, Eleanor Wellen, Thief River Falls, MN, Adeline (Curtis) Olson, Wannaska, MN and Donna Roland, Scobey, MT; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Preceding her in death are her husband, Roger; parents, Clarence and Anna Stoe; brothers, Kenny and Orv Stoe.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 4, 2010 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be held in Scoby, MT at a later date.
