OBITUARY FOR LORRAINE ROGGE
APPLE VALLEY, MN FORMERLY OF RED LAKE FALLS, MN

Lorraine Rogge, 88, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2002 at Apple Valley Care Center in Apple Valley, MN.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2001 at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls at 10:00 AM with Sister Lucille Schafer officiating. Burial will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery at Red Lake Falls, MN.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 " 8 PM with a 7:00 prayer service at Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls and also one hour prior to service on Saturday.

Lorraine Delores Rogge was born January 15, 1914 daughter of the late Philip and Alice (Rache) Goyette at Red Lake Falls, MN. She was raised and educated in the Red Lake Falls area. Following teachers training she taught in the Red Lake Falls area. She married Arthur Rogge in 1935 in Red Lake Falls. The couple lived in Red Lake Falls raising their 7 children. In 1975 they moved to South Minneapolis, MN. In 1977 Arthur passed away and Lorraine moved to Apple Valley where she has since resided.

Lorraine enjoyed crafting, sewing and baking bread. She loved to play bingo and while in Apple Valley Health Care Center she was very active with activities and was one of the favorite of the nursing staff.

She is survived by five children Myrna (Earl) Parkhurst of Aurora, CO; Joyce (Herb) Walker of Hampton, VA; Sharon Morris of Warner Robins, GA; Linda (John) Neumann of Apple Valley, MN and Jim (Dusty) Rogge of Eagen, MN. 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur, 2 sons Donald and Arlan, 1 granddaughter, one son in law William Morris, one sister and three brothers.
