Lyle Roger Archibald, 54, of Greybull, WY, formerly of Grygla, MN passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Midway Hospital in Greybull, WY.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church in Grygla, MN with Reverend Vicki Saude-Worthington officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.

Lyle Roger Archibald was born March 8, 1962 son of Edward and Violet (Larson) Archibald at Warren, MN. He was raised and attended school in Grygla, MN graduating in 1980. He went to work with an Uncle in South Carolina for 1 year. He moved to Oklee, MN for a couple of years, then to Greybull, WY in 1982 to be near family.

In November of 1988 he was united in marriage to Barbra Jean Hart. Born to this union were Mathew in 1989 and Miranda in 1992. Lyle worked for Georgia Pacific where he was employed until the time of his passing. Lyle enjoyed camping, fishing and tinkering on vehicles.

He is survived by his wife Barb Archibald of Greybull, WY, son Matt (Sharline) Archibald, daughter Miranda Archibald all of Greybull, WY; grandchildren Alissa, Emille, Heather and Wesley; mother Violet Klein of Thief River Falls, MN, brothers Mike Archibald of Thief River Falls and Todd (Cindy) Mork of Thief River Falls, MN sister Bonnie (Brian) Stanley of Grygla, MN; nieces and nephews Cody, Tylor, Anthony, Travis, and Luke; along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lyle is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Fred and Deloris Larson, step-father Leighton Mork and several aunts and uncles.
