Madonna Lallier, a caring, kind and talented wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, age 63, of Plummer, MN, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012 in an automobile accident. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Brooks, MN with Father Chuck Huck presiding. Burial will be in the St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Plummer, MN. Visitation will be 5-8, Monday, October 8, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Brooks, MN with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will also be held for one hour prior to the funeral service at the church on Tuesday. Madonna Mae Schumacher was born on September 15, 1949 the daughter of William and Anna (Jaeger) Schumacher at the Mercy Hospital in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. She attended school in Plummer, Minnesota and graduated from Pershing High School in 1967. She continued her education at the vocational school in Thief River Falls in cosmetology and medical secretary. On September 2, 1972, Madonna took Louis Lallier's hand in marriage at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Plummer, MN. To this union six children were born: AnnaMae, Joseph, Andrew, Matthew, Sylvia, and James. Madonna was a hard worker and most recently has worked at Digi Key for the past four years. She also worked at Arctic Cat for over 15 years. Madonna enjoyed all crafts and trinkets. She enjoyed going with the girl friends and the birthday club. Most of all she enjoyed her times together with her husband Louis of 40 years, and her children, and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Louis Lallier, Plummer, MN, five children: AnnaMae (Anders) Christensen, Plummer, MN, Andrew (Sheri) Lallier, Red Lake Falls, MN, Matthew (Amanda) Lallier, Kramer, ND, Sylvia (Greg) Majeres, Plummer, MN, James Lallier, Plummer, MN, grandchildren: Timothy, Marcus, and Sarah Christensen, Shayla and Zadin Lallier, Julia and Mason Lallier, Shawna and Ethan Majeres, two sisters: Carolyn (George) Pittman, Goodridge, MN, Susan (Steve) Sundberg, Grygla, MN, and many nieces and nephews. Madonna was preceded in death by her son Joseph Lallier in 1994, grandson Christopher Majeres in 2003, her parents William and Anna Schumacher, and her in laws Albert and Mae Lallier.
