Margaret Viola (Zutz) Jorgenson, 90, of Red Lake Falls, MN died on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Hillcrest Senior Living Center in Red Lake Falls, MN. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 10:00AM at St. John Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls with Reverend John Bumgardner Officiating. Burial will be held at Immanuel Cemetery, Wylie, MN. Visitation will be held on Saturday one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday only. Margaret Viola (Zutz) Jorgenson was born September 22, 1922 at Hibbing, MN. Margaret's mother died at a young age and was adopted by her aunt and uncle and was raised and attended school near Plummer, MN. She was baptized April 15, 1943 and Confirmed April 18, 1943 at St. John Lutheran Church in Red Lake Falls. On May 22, 1939 she was united in marriage to Raymond Zutz at Immanuel Lutheran Church at Wylie, MN. The couple moved to Strandquist where they owned and operated a Tavern. They returned to Red Lake Falls in 1941 and purchased his dads farm where they raised and milked cows, raised small grains, and lived there until 1992 when their son Rodney purchased the farm. Raymond passed away July of 1986. On September 1, 1992 she was united in marriage to John Jorgenson he passed away in 2007. Margaret lived in Summerfield in Thief River Falls for a year and half, then moved to Sunview Center in Red Lake Falls and the past two and half years at Hillcrest Senior Living Center. Margaret was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid in Red Lake Falls she enjoyed ceramics, knitting, sewing, gardening and loved her flower garden. She was an avid fisherperson and enjoyed traveling. Margaret is survived by her two children LouAnn (Willard) Weiss of Crookston, MN; Rodney (Darlene) Zutz of Red Lake Falls, MN; daughter-in-law Barb Zutz of Forest Lake, MN; grandchildren Craig (Sarajane) Weiss, Brent (Laura) Weiss, Kurt (Kathy) Weiss, Michele (Jason) Sjoberg, Nicole (John) Zellner, Kyle Zutz, Krystal (Jason) Zutz, Miranda (Fiancé Jordan Kilen) Zutz, Jamie (Kari) Zutz, Lori (Shawn) Kies, Lisa Sharp, Dylan Zutz and Presley Zutz. Great-grandchildren Erik, Michael, Grant, Kayla, Matthew, Nicole, Justin, Drew, Christian, Tristan, Colin, Treyton, Gabrielle, Alexis, Alison, Nicole, Brooklyn, Teagan, Presliegh, Abby, Dawson, Brayden, Colton and Emma: Sister-in-law Arlene Duckworth of Warroad, MN and many cousins, relatives, and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Zutz; son Duane Zutz; husband John Jorgenson, great-grandson Christian Zutz and aunts, uncles and cousins.
