Marjorie was born March 28, 1927 in Bagley, MN to A.J. (Kelly) & Molly Moran. She attended school in Red Lake Falls, MN graduating from Lafayette High School in 1946. Her lifes' love was dancing, teaching at Arthur Murray's in Minneapolis until marrying William Persson August 28th, 1951 at Red Lake Falls, MN. Always a devoted and loving wife, she was also the proud mother of six children (Preston, William, Timothy, Tamera, Thomas, and Jerry). Marge worked primarily in the Health Care industry, with developmentally disabled children being the most rewarding. She proudly followed her children & grandchildren's varied sports and was an avid Minnesota Twins and Vikings fan. Marjorie was a devoted Catholic who would never dream of letting her household miss a Holy Day of Obligation.

She is survived by husband William; Son Preston (Mary), Williston, ND; Preston Jr., and Tyler; Son William (Ruth) Shorewood, MN; Ann, Kelli, and Billy; Son Timothy (Kimberly), Crookston, MN; Brittany, Danielle, and Mandie; Daughter Tamera (Scott) Meyers, Bismarck, ND; Son Thomas (Mary), Fargo, ND, Alex, and Zachary; Son Jerry (Teresa), Crookston, MN; Tiffany, Ashley, and Kali; Brothers Clayton, Thief River Falls, MN; Alvin, Red Lake Falls, MN; Jim, Australia; and one sister, Dorothy Page, Erskine, MN, and many nieces and nephews.
