Mary Denise Lane was born July 30, 1959, at Thief River Falls, MN, the daughter of Burton Llewellyn and Genevieve Ione (Peterson) Lane. She grew up and attended Lincoln High School and Northland Community Technical School for Medical Secretary.

Mary was employed at Arctic Cat, Thief River Falls, the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, Digi-Key, Thief River Falls and also clerked at Northern Lights Bookstore, Thief River Falls,

Mary enjoyed crafts and Bible studies.

Survived by children, Rosemarie LaMere, Glendale, AZ and Ryan Lane, Bemidji, MN; mother, Genevieve Lane, Thief River Falls, MN; 3 brothers, Llewellyn, Gary and Stanley (Lynette) Lane, all Thief River Falls, MN; 2 sisters, Vicki Brown and Laurie (Larry) Panek, all Thief River Falls, MN.

Preceded in death by father, maternal and paternal grandparents and a sister in infancy, Ilene.
