Olive Rehm, 91, died on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Oakland Park Communities in Thief River Falls, MN.

Funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Faith Lutheran Church in Goodridge, MN with Reverend Robert Dahlen officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, MN.

Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Sunday.

Olive S. Nelson was born on March 3, 1916 in Thief River Falls, MN, the daughter of Severin and Garda (McMahon) Nelson.

On November 8, 1936 Olive was united in marriage to Martin Bill Rehm at Bethany Lutheran Church. For several years the couple made their home and farmed in Smiley Township. Olive and Bill later moved to Goodridge before moving to Highlanding Township. Bill died March 25, 1999. Olive moved to Thief River Falls in 1999 and has been a resident of Oakland Park Communities since November of 2002.

Olive is survived by two sisters: Marian Lackovich of Seattle, WA and Elaine (Vern Nelson) LoBerg of Thief River Falls, MN; one brother, Jerry (RoseMary) Nelson of LaQuinta, CA; several nieces and nephews, including Sandy LoBerg Clark of Grand Forks, ND and Peggy LoBerg of Thief River Falls, MN, Scott Nelson of Tucson, AZ, and Nick (Jan) Spillman of Waukesha, WI; sister-in-law, Dorothy Kingsbury of Thief River Falls, MN; three great nieces and nephews; and four great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; her parents, Severin and Garda Nelson; brothers-in-law, Herman LoBerg and Lou Lackovich; and several aunts and uncles.
