Otelia Mandt, 93, died March 9, 2003 at Marquardt Memorial Manor, Watertown, WI.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2003 at Oak Park Lutheran Church, Oklee, MN with Reverend Joseph Abrahamson officiating. Services were also held Tuesday, March 11, 2003 at the Nitardy Funeral Home Chapel, Cambridge, WI, with Reverend Bruce McKenney and Reverend James Rath officiating. Burial will be at Oak Park Cemetery, Oklee, MN.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Friday, March 14, 2003 at Johnson Green Funeral Home, Thief River Falls, MN with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Otelia Elvira Lundeen was born November 19, 1909, on the family farm in Deer Park Township, Oklee, MN, the daughter of Frank and Olga (Peterson) Lundeen.

On June 12, 1932, Otelia married Louis M. Mandt at the Oak Park Lutheran Church in Oklee. Louis preceded her in death in 1981. Following his death, Otelia moved to Lake Mills, WI.

Otelia was a member of Oak Park Lutheran Church in Oklee, MN and St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, WI. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved her family deeply and always put her familys needs first. She will be missed and mourned by her beloved family. Her family is most thankful for the gift of saving faith that she received from her savior, Christ Jesus. It is through this same faith that her family eagerly awaits the reunion with her in heaven when we too enter eternal life.

Survived by son, Lyle (Muriel) Mandt, Oklee, MN; daughter, Carol (Dean) Schneider, Lake Mills, WI; grandchildren, Mari Lynn (Greg) Klesk, Maple Grove, MN, Scott (Laura) Schneider, Troy (Kristine) Schneider all Lake Mills, WI, Tracy Schneider, Milwaukee, WI and Vickie Mandt; great grandchildren, Leigh Mandt, Rachael Sandeen, Rebecca, Jessica and Nicholas Klesk, Taylor and Lucas Schneider, Jacob and Carter Schneider; great-great grandchild, Brianna Sandeen.

Preceded in death by husband Louis; a twin son, Lowell; grandson, Lance Mandt; great grandson, Lucas Mandt; parents; six brothers, granddaughter-in-law, Lisa Schneider and great-grandson-in-law, Greg Sandeen.
