Patricia "Patty" Good, 59, died on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Funeral service will be 11 AM, Monday, September 29, 2008 at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN with Reverend Joseph Abrahamson officiating.

Patricia Mae Good was born in Red Lake, MN on September 2, 1949 to Bert and Irene (Hanson) Good. She was baptized and confirmed at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Trail, MN. She attended Rosenook School District # 10, Oklee Public School and graduated from the Northwest School of Agriculture in Crookston, MN. Patty was employed as a plant operation technician for the past 30 years for Metropolitan Environment Services in St. Paul. She was planning to retire this coming April.

Patty enjoyed going to the casino in Elko, NE as well as Treasure Island here in MN. She was fond of grilling and cooking out as well as spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed gardening. Patty enjoyed her dogs and supported animal rights. She maintained a colony of feral cats and was instrumental in starting the Red Lake Rosies Rescue in Red Lake which served companion animals. Patty was an enrolled member of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians.

Patty is survived by her son Nathan (Shelli) Peterson of Bismarck, ND; grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon, and Patrick Peterson; daughter Heather (Michael) Worm of Hopkins, MN; mother Irene (Clyde) Bendickson of Lavina, MT; brothers and sisters, Karen (Kevin) Good of Trail, MN, Ramona Good of Sioux City, IA, Quinten (Cathy) Good of Trail, MN, Leona Good of Raymond, NE, Roger (Lori) Good of Gully, MN, Valerie (Ron) Free of Billings, MT, Kirk (Natalie) Good of Wasilla, AK, Bonnie (Charlton) Harris of Hillsboro, OR, Dawn (Brandon) Smith of Liberty Lake, WA, and Diane (Steve) Collins of Nebraska City, NE as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father Bert; sister, Yvonne Good; nieces, Tina Romo and Lara Stewart, and nephew Shawn Romo.

Patricia Mae Good died on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN at the age of 59 years and 23 days. May her memory be blessed.
