RoseMarie Jolly passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine, MN.

Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday April 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Brooks, MN with Father Bob Schreiner officiating and Deacon John Bruggeman. Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Brooks, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church.

RoseMarie Sabourin was born September 10, 1939 daughter of James and Mabel "Mae" (LeRoux) Sabourin at Brooks, MN. She attended school in Plummer, MN graduating in 1957.

On September 7 1957 she was united in marriage to Gilbert Genereux at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Brooks, MN. The couple lived on the family farm where they raised their four children Mark, Peggy, Allan and Dale. In 1979 they sold the farm in Brooks and purchased the Cozy Bar which they owned and operated for many years.

In 1986 she was united in marriage to Dan Jolly in Red Lake Falls. In 1996 she moved back to Brooks where she returned to her favorite work bartending at the Cozy and later at the Third Base. In 2007 she worked at Walmart until her retirement in 2010. The past 3 years she has resided at the Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine, MN.

She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, working on her puzzles. She loved her children and always looked forward to their visits.

RoseMarie is survived by her children Mark (Peggy) Genereux of Warroad, MN, Peggy (Tim) Hoefer of Red Lake Falls, MN, Allan (Kristie) Genereux of Bemidji, MN and Dale Genereux of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren Andrew  (Christen) Genereux, Pamela Genereux, Adam (Kimberly) Genereux, Paul Hoefer, Stacy (Buckly) Cota, Michelle (Derek) Juhl, Anna (Adam) Sorenson, Erin (Travis) Haman, Christopher (Kelsey) Genereux and Michael Genereux: great-grandchildren Nathan, Daina, Blake, Emma, Gracie, Brielle, Addison, Alexis, Gretchen, Miley, Chase, Matthew, Zachary, Adelaide, Briar, and Savannah.

RoseMarie is preceded in death by her parents, brother LeRoy Sabourin infant sister Janice Mae Sabourin.
