Sheila Lynn Forst, age 54, of Greenbush, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026, at Perham Health in Perham, Minnesota, surrounded by her family and close friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a 6:30 PM Prayer Service on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at The Venue at Copper Ridge, 29111 Center Avenue North, Newfolden, MN. The service to celebrate Sheila’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at The Venue at Copper Ridge. Rev. Marilyn Grafstrom will officiate. A time of lunch and fellowship will follow. Burial will be at Espelie Cemetery, rural Grygla, MN.
