Sue Krause, 51, died Sunday, October 17, 2004 at her home in East Grand Forks, MN.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 23, 2004 at St. Bernards Church, Thief River Falls, MN, with Father Tim McGee presiding. Burial will be at St. Bernards Cemetery, Thief River Falls, MN.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Friday, October 22, 2004, at Johnson Funeral Service, Thief River Falls, MN, with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Suzanne Marie Delorme was born, August 10, 1953 in Red Lake Falls, MN, to Ernest and Noella (Derosier) Delorme. She was baptized at Brooks, MN and confirmed at Thief River Falls, MN. She grew up and attended elementary school at St. Bernards School, graduated from Lincoln High School, Thief River Falls, MN and attended Northland Community College, Thief River Falls, MN. Recently she obtained an Associated Degree for medical billing and as a paralegal. While in high school, Sue was employed at Northwestern Bell Telephone Company. She moved to Minneapolis, MN and then back to Thief River Falls. Later she moved to Norfolk, VA and moved back to Thief River Falls in November of 1975.

On May 22, 1971, Sue was united in marriage to Alan Krause in Thief River Falls, MN. To this union a daughter, Kelly Lynn was born July 1, 1974. Sue owned and operated an in home daycare for many years and published a daycare income tax record keeping book. She also worked for the State of Minnesota as a Food Inspector. In 2000, Sue moved to North Dakota and recently to East Grand Forks, ND.

Sue was very good hearted. She liked to make memory crafts for family and loved ones, made silk floral arrangements, collected clowns and loved to read. But most of all she was very devoted to her family, especially her grandsons.

Sue was a member of St. Bernards Church, Thief River Falls, MN.

Survived by Kelly (Jim) Van Schaick, Thief River Falls, MN; 2 grandchildren, Charlie and Ben, Thief River Falls, MN, mother, Noella Delorme, Thief River Falls, MN, brothers and sisters, Roy (Evelyn) Delorme, Venice, FL, Marlys Millner, Shakopee, MN, Richard (Cindy) Delorme, St. Cloud, MN, Margaret Mattson, Blaine, MN; Russell (Karen) Delorme, Moorhead, MN and Michael (Tom Weiland) Delorme, Fridley, MN and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by husband, Alan, December 22, 1996; father, Ernest, December 31, 2001; brother, Ronald Delorme, September 20, 1994; grandparents and brother-in-law, Dennis Mattson, October 10, 2003 and great nephew William OHara, June of 1994.
