Sylvia Thompson, 81, of Brooks, MN passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine, MN.

Private Rosary and Requiem Mass will be held.

Sylvia Kathleen Thompson was born January 5, 1937 in Detroit Michigan daughter of Clark Holland and Isabel (Lloyd) Thompson. She graduated from High School in Huntertown, IN. She attended business college in Fort Wayne, IN.

She worked as a legal secretary for 13 years in Michigan and in the early 1970's she moved to Minnesota where she farmed until her retirement.

She was a member of the Immaculate Heart Chapel in Brooks, MN and St. Joseph Prayer Group. She had a great compassion and love for animals. She enjoyed gardening.

Sylvia is survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clark and Isabel Thompson, sister Mary Isabel McManus and brother Holland Thompson.
