Terry Larson, 56, of Newfolden, MN passed away peacefully on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Valley Senior Living in Grand Forks, ND with her son and father by her side.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Newfolden, MN with Reverend Cathie Rhodes officiating. Burial will be held at Holt Cemetery at Holt, MN following the lunch.

Visitation will be held on Friday 4 – 7 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Service in Thief River Falls, MN and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.

Terry Lynn Larson was born on June 9, 1963 in Greenbush, MN daughter of Clifford and Eleanor (Sanders) Larson. She was baptized at Ringbo Lutheran Church. She attended school in Newfolden graduating with the class of 1981 and attended AVTI in Thief River Falls for one year.

Terry raised her son Trevor in Middle River until their home was destroyed by fire. In 2006 she purchased a home in Newfolden where she has since resided.

Terry worked at Pamida from 1982 until 1992 as assistant manager. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting and was a generous giver with all she made. She made hats, mittens and baby gifts for many she knew and also for some she didn't. She was a key person in compiling baby items for Lutheran World Relief.  She was a member of the Ringbo Homemakers, the ladies aid and the Basement Angels at Bethlehem. Terry was a very strong willed, kind hearted, and most determined individual you will ever meet.

Terry is survived by her son Trevor of Newfolden, MN; father Clifford of Holt, MN; siblings Charyl (Alex) De Alva of Glendale, AZ, Valorie Larson of Glendale, AZ, Larry (Tammy) Larson of Roseau, MN and David (Brenda) Larson of Newfolden, MN along with many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Larson, grandparents Alvin and Selma Sanders, Ludvig Larson and Gena Arnevik, aunt and uncle Rodney and Marion Myhrum and uncles Arlin Sanders and Rod Lussier.
