OBITUARY NOTICE FOR THEODORE N. DELORME
RED LAKE FALLS, MN
Theodore Delorme, 92, died Tuesday, February 12, 2002 at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Red Lake Falls, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 16, 2002, at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Red Lake Falls, MN, with Father Tim Bushy officiating. Burial will be at St. Josephs Catholic Cemetery, Red Lake Falls, MN.

Visitation will be 5 " 8 PM, Friday, February 15, 2002 at the Johnson Funeral Service in Red Lake Falls, MN, with a 7 PM prayer service and for one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.

Theodore Napoleon Delorme was born June 27, 1909, at Red Lake Falls, MN, the son of Adelard and Fabianna (Delorme) Delorme. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Josephs Catholic Church. He grew up and attended St. Joseph School and LaFayette High School in Red Lake Falls.

On February 20, 1939, Theodore was united in marriage to Elizabeth Marcotte in Red Lake Falls. The couple farmed near Red Lake Falls their whole lives and in 1980, Theodore retired. He also worked for American Crystal in Crookston, MN, from 1958 " 1975. In 1990, he moved into Red Lake Falls and in 1998, Theodore moved into Hillcrest Nursing Home, Red Lake Falls, where he has resided since. Elizabeth died on November 18, 1977.

Theodore was a member of St. Anthony Church in Terrebonne, MN and later became a member at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Red Lake Falls, MN. He also was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He loved the land and farming and playing cards as well.

Survivors include 2 children, Ray (Gloria) Delorme, Sally (Roger) Cardinal, all of Red Lake Falls, MN; 9 grandchildren, Mike, Patty, Kathy, Tom, Julie, Tracy, Wade, Darcy and Aaron; 6 great grandchildren; a sister, Bernadette Berg, Springfield, OR; a brother, George (Alice) Delorme, Red Lake Fall, MN; 2 nieces, June Delorme and Susan Mashak and a nephew, Don Delorme.

Preceded in death by his wife, parents and a brother, Roe Delorme
